Once the summer crowds have gone home, take up exclusive residence in our Island Beach Houses, our beachfront houses are located along the shoreline on the beautiful Cornish island. Nowhere else in the UK comes this close to the Caribbean – with a balmy climate, sandy beaches and thriving sub-tropical plant life. And your contemporary, New England style beach cottage is the perfect place to kick back and dip your toes in island life. The Island Beach Party Pads can accommodate groups up to 87, and are only for hire out of peak season and throughout Christmas and New Year.

  • Bedrooms: Each of 12 beach houses sleeps 6-9 guests in a mix of doubles, twins and single rooms.

  • For recreation: Steps lead from the doorstep to a stunning sandy beach where you can stroll, swim or simply sit and gawp at the scenery.
